All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Most orders will be processed and ship within 48 hours during business days.
Email notification with your tracking number will be sent once your orders ships.

During Sales and the Holiday Season, orders placed in the United States are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.
Pre-sale items shipped based on the information provided in the product description.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to Street Dreams due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost / redelivery cost.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by USPS.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, returns, refunds and or cancellations are currently not allowed for online purchases. We do allow exchanges within 14 days of original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
All sale items are final.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges; no exceptions.
All exchanges must be authorized by us before exchanging merchandise. Simply contact our Customer Support team by emailing support@streetdreamsco.com within 14 business days of the order's delivery date. You can exchange purchase items online at any of our locations. Please bring the item(s) to cash register with your order number and ask our associate for help.
All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
After receiving the merchandise, we require 5-7 business days to process the exchange.
